We share the sumstats of the meta-analysis that was conducted and described in "Uncovering the genetic architecture of broad antisocial behavior through a genome-wide association study meta-analysis" from Tielbeek et al., Molecular Psychiatry, 2022. Background info: A meta-analysis of the GWAS results of the 28 discovery samples was performed through fixed-effects meta-analysis in METAL, using SNP p values weighted by effective sample size. We meta-analyzed the BroadABC data (N = 50,252) with case-control data of the Psychiatric Genetics Consortium/iPSYCH consortium meta-analysis (N cases = 3802, N controls = 31,305, N effective = 6323) The BroadABC2022_Final_CombinedSex.TBL.gz file includes the discovery GWAS summary statistics of the total sample (N=85,359), note that we report the the effective sample size (N=56,575) in the sumstat files. Additionally, we share the GWAS summary statistics of the female and male meta-analysis (in a limited number of datasets where we had sex-specific data (N=50,252) Human genome reference build is GRCh37. # Header information: chromosome = chromosome number base_pair_location = base pair position reported on GRCh37 effect_allele = effect_allele other_allele = non-effect allele beta = effect size related to the effect allele standard_error = standard error of effect size effect_allele_frequency = allele frequency of effect allele p_value = p-value of effect estimate rsid = rs ID number of the SNP n: effective sample size
