Research

Increasingly large samples sizes in genome wide association studies (GWAS) have increased the number of significantly associated variants and increased the workload for analysts attempting to identify the functional relationships connecting the variants to the traits of interest. My aim is to develop pipelines that integrate novel and existing tools to streamline the analytical process, from raw data to functional understanding, to make genetic analysis more accessible.
