Research

Currently at the VU, I am working on extending an existing web-based tool (FUMA) that was developed in the group. The goal is to integrate GWAS data with multiple omics datasets such as methylation data, single-cell RNA-seq data or proteomic data. The tools developed will be applied to brain-related traits and diseases to better understand the genetics of these traits.
